| The Bismarck Police Department has released information about a convicted sex offender, who has moved to a new address. The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Name of Offender: Marty Allen Gefroh Age: 35 Description: White male, 6` 2", 285 pounds, blond hair/balding and blue eyes Address: 3500 E. Bismarck Expressway, Bismarck, N.D. Gefroh is a lifetime high risk offender due to a conviction of Surreptitious Intrusion on Feb. 11, 2009, in Ward County District Court. Gefroh was looking into a bedroom window of a female victim. He was apprehended by the police in the act. He admitted that there was a “pretty gal“ living in the trailer and that he was watching her. Gefroh was recently released from incarceration. |
