| A would-be canoe thief was caught at McDowell Dam this weekend, after two witnesses saw the 16 year old boy try to steal it. The Burleigh County Sheriff`s Department says the $400 canoe had been rented from Bismarck Parks and Rec by somebody other than the boy when he tried to take it. The witnesses reported the attempted theft to a Parks and Rec employee. |
