Names Released in Fatal Crash

The Highway Patrol has released the names of the persons involved in a fatal crash in Nelson County, near Tolna, yesterday. Rosadell Flaagan, 86, from Pekin, died when she pulled out into the intersection of Highway 15 and County Road 23 and was hit on the driver`s side by another vehicle.

The other driver, Emily Danduran, 23, from Grand Forks, was taken to the hospital for injuries. Danduran had a two-year-old passenger, Silas Rodriguez, who was not hurt.

The crash is currently under investigation.
