55th St. Bypass Project to Impact Traffic on Hwy. 83

In a release, the City of Minot announced that work on the 55th St. Bypass Project will impact traffic on Highway 83. Due to electrical work, the traffic light at the intersection of Highway 83 and 46th Ave. NW will be inoperable for most of the day on Monday, April 30, starting at 8:00 in the morning.

Flaggers will handle traffic from each direction. Traffic on Highway 83 will be moved to the inside lane and the speed limit will be reduced to 40 mph.
