River Road in Bismarck Reopened

A Bismarck road that was has been closed for nearly a month has been reopened. River Road has been reopened to traffic from the Water Treatment Plant to the South Side of Memorial Bridge, including Fraine Barracks Road. The road was closed for construction of a new water intake facility.

Drivers are asked to be aware of uneven pavement in the area.
