Man Attacked in South Bismarck

A 35-year-old Moorhead man says he was pepper sprayed while trying to buy scrap copper from two men in Bismarck. He says it happened around 7:45 last night on the 1000 block of Pleasant Street. The man says he was also hit, and one suspect made threats about taking his money.

After the man was pepper sprayed, he ran into TGI Fridays and asked employees to call police.
