Fugitive on the Run | Video

The FBI says an armed and dangerous fugitive may be traveling through North Dakota. Agents say Mitchell Walck, 57, is wanted for questioning. Agents say he shot at an Idaho state trooper, fled the scene and kidnapped a woman.

Walck is 5`8" to 5`10", with a medium build. He was wearing a long sleeve gray shirt, light blue jeans and possibly a blue ball cap. He may have changed his appearance, shaving all but his mustache and dying his hair black. He was last seen driving the victim`s 2005 silver Subaru Forester, with Idaho plates K230050.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000. Walck is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is asked to call law enforcement.
