Flags at Half Staff | Video

Governor Jack Dalrymple today asked all state government agencies and North Dakotans to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half staff tomorrow to honor those who lost their lives serving the nation at Pearl Harbor.

The Governor is also asking the flags to be flown at half staff to honor North Dakota Specialist Tyler Orgaard and Sgt. 1st Class Darrin Linde on the day of each soldier`s funeral.
