Purse Stolen From Bismarck Deli

A wallet-snatcher struck at a Bismarck deli on Friday. Bismarck police say a woman was eating inside Country House Deli Friday evening, when she saw a white man, about 20 to 25 years old, come in. He walked up from behind her, shouted "Woo hoo," and grabbed her wallet, which was sitting in her purse beside her. He then ran outside.
